Exchange Policy
At Richwear, we want you to be 100% satisfied. If the size doesn't fit or you received a defective item, we are here to help.
1. Valid Reasons for Exchange
- Product is defective or damaged.
- The product is different from the website description.
- Size mismatch (Subject to availability).
2. Non-Exchangable Items
For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, we cannot exchange:
- Items on "Clearance Sale" or "End of Season Sale."
- Stitched/Customized dresses unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Articles with missing original packaging or tags.
3. How to Start an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact us via WhatsApp at +92 333 6522806 with your Order ID.
Step 2: Send a photo of the defect or the issue.
Step 3: Once approved, ship the item back to our Faisalabad office.
Refund Policy
We generally do not offer cash refunds. However, in cases where the product is out of stock or faulty, we provide a Store Credit Voucher that you can use for your next purchase at Richwear.
